Cancellation Policy

Booking fee and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another appointment time at my discretion. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of any start time will surrender deposit. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed. In these rare occasions fees will be returned. Late arrivals beyond 20 minutes can result in cancellation or additional fee. Hourly rate begins at the agreed time. Delays on my behave will not be charged to you, and incentives may be offered. Payments are to be made at the time of service using cash, Cash app, Zelle, or debit/credit card. For internet based payments please have a secondary form of payment available in case of outages. Card payments may incur up to 4% processing fee. Klarna users will receive an 6% fee to cover their fees. Please arrive on time and if additional guest are necessary please give advance notice. This is a privilege to be used sparingly, with the exception of minors or persons with disabilities. My home is child friendly but I am not liable for injuries. You are responsible for service time charges and any applicable damages. Excessive disruptions will be banned from future privileges. Future notice is always required and can be declined. Please arrive with hair washed, otherwise provide advanced notice by booking a wash. If you choose please use little to no oil. Excessively unclean hair will result in an additional $15 fee plus the wash fee for aggravated allergies & delay of service.
